Our goal is to provide a select group of high-quality beverage lovers with the opportunity to taste the true essence of Santa Catarina, through authentic and artisanal still cachaças.

Each bottle is carefully distilled in a copper still, absorbing the characteristics of our terroir Santa Catarina. We are the only Alambique in the South of the World with sugarcane fields 8km from the sea, which attributes to our products flavors impossible to reproduce.

Unlike industrial cachaças, Santa Fé is for those who want to experience the best distillate from Santa with each sip. Catherine. With whites and aged in selected woods, we offer a genuine flavor experience and unparalleled, rich in history and culture.

The Alembic

We started this family project of founding Alambique de Cachaça Rancho Santa Fé in 2016, since then we have had our first harvest harvested in 2019, we started selling in 2020, and won our first medal in a competition national in 2023, always looking to improve in search of the highest quality!

Terroir

We have our own sugarcane plantation 8km from the sea, which brings unique characteristics to our cachaça, mainly due to the sandy soil and winds coming from the Atlantic Ocean; fermentation using the country method of own recipe, distillation in a 100% copper still, and separation of fractions using only Coração da Cachaça!

Environmental Concern

To heat the still, direct fire is fed by a biomass burner that uses pellets as a matrix. energetic, a 100% clean and sustainable source of energy, highly effective without smoke and waste emissions of 0.5% of the volume burned.

Maturation

We age and store our cachaças in European oak barrels that were used with whiskey, oak virgin European, and Brazilian woods: amburana, balsam and jequitibá; in 180l and 200l barrels.

Made in São Chico

All of our products receive the "Made in São Chico" Seal, which recognizes artisanal products from the city of São Francisco do Sul, legitimately a Santa Catarina Cachaça!

We have an organic vegetable garden to serve Maruju's Restaurant, and there you can have lunch and dinner facing the sea!On the seafront of Enseada beach, with the best fresh fish and shrimp on the beach!
